The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, keyword research, content optimization, audience growth, and channel performance analysis. Your primary goal will be to increase organic views, improve video rankings in YouTube search and recommendations, boost audience retention, and support long-term channel growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research for YouTube content. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, chapters, and metadata. Develop thumbnail optimization strategies to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR). Analyze channel and video performance using YouTube Analytics. Identify growth opportunities through competitor and trend analysis. Improve audience retention, watch time, and overall engagement. Implement SEO strategies aligned with YouTube’s latest algorithm updates and best practices. Monitor keyword rankings and continuously optimize content performance. Provide actionable recommendations to increase organic reach and discoverability. Requirements Proven experience with YouTube SEO and channel growth. Strong knowledge of YouTube search and recommendation systems. Experience with tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends, and YouTube Analytics. Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Understanding of CTR, watch time, audience retention, impressions, and engagement metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
