We are looking for an experienced YouTube Shorts Editor & Growth Specialist who understands how to create high-performing short-form content that drives views, engagement, and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of YouTube Shorts trends, audience retention, and YouTube SEO best practices. Your responsibilities will include editing engaging Shorts from long-form content or raw footage, creating compelling hooks within the first few seconds, adding captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and smooth transitions, and ensuring every video is optimized for maximum viewer retention. You will also be responsible for keyword research, writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, selecting relevant hashtags, and optimizing content to improve visibility in YouTube Search, the Shorts Feed, and recommended videos. Experience analyzing YouTube Analytics, identifying successful content patterns, and continuously improving performance based on data is highly preferred.
