YouTube Shorts Editor Needed

We are looking for a YouTube Shorts editor for entertainment-focused ranking videos. The main content is funny ranking videos using clips, memes, fast cuts, captions, sound effects and strong pacing. Some projects may also involve football/World Cup content, streamers, viral moments and entertainment. Premiere Pro is mandatory. You must be able to deliver both the final video and a fully organized editable Premiere Pro project, including linked assets. We need someone who understands retention-focused editing: strong hooks, good clip selection, comedic timing, dynamic captions, zooms, memes and sound design. I provide the idea, references and creative direction. You edit and deliver the video ready to upload. This starts with one paid test video. If the style is a match, there will be multiple videos per week.
