YouTube Shorts/IG Reels Editor for Podcast Clips

Seeking video editor to take over YT shorts/IG Reels/TikTok editing for our podcast. EXAMPLES ATTACHED. Our current workflow: Da Vinci Pro editing (not required) Higgsfield AI for AI b-roll generation Choppity for captioning Applicants must be skilled in AI video generation to create engaging b-roll for the videos. We can provide log-in to our account so that applicant does not have to pay for video generation tools. We are also not attached to Choppity, but it is simple and works well for us so we have used it thus far (can provide login for this as well). Any captioning workflow is acceptable as long as the style fits our guidelines. The workflow for a given edit will go like this: 1. editor provided with raw footage of the desired segment 2. cut out filler words, dead air, etc. to make the segment as punchy and engaging as possible 3. add b-roll related to the topic (either found on youtube from real events, or AI-generated for things like aliens, futuristic tech, etc.) - emphasizing on quick cuts to maximize engagement and virality 4. submit draft edit for review 5. we'll provide notes for fine-tuning any cuts or b-roll choices, + backing music track for final edit 6. fix any notes + add music + add captions for final deliverable Ultimately, we have the formula we like pretty dialed in, we just need an editor to learn it and be able to deliver it consistently for us (but any further improvements in AI video generation and engaging editing skills are greatly preferred). We publish 4-6 short form videos PER WEEK. This role will be for all of these edits. Availability on Monday & Friday for edits is desired. We may test multiple editors for this role - it will be 1 paid edit at $25 before determining long-term hiring.
