YouTube Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Success Manager to take ownership of our YouTube channel and drive its long-term success. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing the content pipeline, optimizing videos, analyzing performance, and ensuring our channel consistently reaches new audiences. Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term YouTube growth strategy. Manage the YouTube channel from content planning to publishing. Coordinate with scriptwriters, video editors, thumbnail designers, and other team members. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and playlists. Improve key performance metrics, including CTR, audience retention, watch time, and subscriber growth. Analyze YouTube Analytics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Research competitors, trending topics, and content opportunities. Create and maintain a content calendar. Manage YouTube Shorts and Community posts. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels. Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and optimization techniques. Experience using YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics, and similar tools. Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and communication skills. Strong understanding of content strategy and audience development. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with YouTube monetization strategies. Background in digital marketing or content marketing. Experience working with remote creative teams. Knowledge of video editing and thumbnail design best practices. Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable channel growth.
