YouTube Tech Tutorial Creator (Face + Hands + Screen Recording)

I run a growing tech/how-to YouTube channel and I'm hiring a reliable on-camera creator to record tutorial footage on an ongoing basis. This is long-term, repeat work — not a one-off. If the first videos go well, this becomes steady weekly work. What you'll do (per video): I send you a reference video and a topic. You re-create that tutorial in your own words — clearly and naturally, not copied word-for-word. Record yourself on camera showing your face with a screen recording of what you're doing displayed on the screen.. Screen-record the tutorial on the relevant device — iPhone (iOS/app tutorials) and/or computer (PC/web tutorials) — so viewers can follow along exactly. Then combine the videos with a little bit of editing while making sure it syncs up before delivering it. You're a great fit if you: Are comfortable and natural on camera with clear, easy-to-understand spoken English. Can explain tech steps simply, at a beginner-friendly pace. Are organized and hit deadlines consistently — this is volume work, so reliability matters as much as quality. Can capture clean iPhone and computer screen recordings (I'll show you how I like it done). Minimum equipment (your own gear to start): A camera that records at least 1080p (a recent smartphone is fine), steady and well-framed. An external microphone (lav, USB, or headset) — clear audio is a must; built-in laptop mics won't cut it. Good lighting and a quiet room with minimal echo. An iPhone (for iOS captures) and a computer (for PC/web captures). (If you prove reliable, I'm open to providing/upgrading gear down the line.)
