YouTube Thumbnail Design Expert – 400K Subscriber Channel We’re looking for an experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer to work with an established creator with nearly 400,000 active subscribers. This is an ongoing role for someone who genuinely understands YouTube — not just graphic design. The Role We will be publishing approximately 4 long-form YouTube videos per month. For each video, we may require up to 3 different thumbnail variations so we can test different concepts, hooks and creative directions. You’ll work with our team to create thumbnails that: * Grab attention immediately * Are designed to improve CTR * Fit the creator’s existing brand and audience * Look premium and professional * Understand what currently works on YouTube * Can be tested with different concepts and variations There may also be opportunities to help us create graphics and thumbnails for other social media content. What We’re Looking For You must have: * Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails * A strong understanding of YouTube CTR, psychology and thumbnail strategy * Experience working with established YouTube channels * The ability to create multiple concepts for the same video * Strong Photoshop/design and photo manipulation skills * An understanding of current YouTube trends without simply copying other creators * Fast and reliable communication * The ability to work with feedback and turn revisions around quickly How to Apply Please send us: 1.
