Every thumbnail needs: — Subjects that actually resemble the real cast/celebrity in question — likeness accuracy is non-negotiable, not "close enough" — IP-safe imagery — licensed stock libraries only, never lifted celebrity faces from Google Images or press photos — Proper lighting compositing — subjects look like they belong in the same frame — Anton or Impact text, max five words, one yellow word for emphasis — High saturation, clean background, single clear focal point — 1280×720 PNG deliverable plus the source PSD REQUIRED IN APPLICATION — no exceptions Three thumbnails you've designed for an active YouTube channel in the TV/celebrity/entertainment niche specifically — link to the channel itself, not a Behance/Dribbble portfolio. I will check that the subjects actually resemble the real people. Software you use (Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Affinity) Your turnaround per thumbnail Confirm you're comfortable with the $10/thumbnail rate (3 variations included) BUDGET & TERMS Fixed rate: $10 per thumbnail, includes 3 variations. First thumbnail is a paid trial — I select based on demonstrated portfolio work in this exact niche, so the trial is a formality to confirm fit, not a blind gamble. If it demonstrates accurate likeness compositing and follows the brief, we move to a monthly retainer (minimum four thumbnails/month). DEAL-BREAKERS — Subjects that don't actually resemble the named cast/celebrity — this is an instant reject, no exceptions — Portfolio samples that don't show clear, recognizable likeness — don't apply if your work doesn't demonstrate this — Direct copies of competitor thumbnails (creative inspiration is fine; tracing isn't) — IP violations — celebrity faces lifted from Google Images or press photos, movie posters, branded logos — Generic Canva templates with stock-photo subjects and no compositing layer — Cutout-and-paste compositing with no lighting integration (subjects look stuck on top of the background)
