YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed for Entertainment Interviews

I run an entertainment website where I interview actors, casting directors, and other industry professionals. I’m looking for a reliable graphic designer to create YouTube thumbnails for my interview videos on an ongoing basis. This would likely be for about one video per week, though some weeks may have more and some may have none. I can make thumbnails myself, but I’m looking who can take it off my hands and who can create clean, professional, eye-catching thumbnails that fit the style of actor interviews and entertainment content. What I’m looking for: • Use provided images/screenshots from the interview or publicity photos when available • Add clear, readable text that works well on YouTube • Make the thumbnail look polished, professional, and clickable without feeling overly cheesy or misleading • Keep the style consistent with the brand • Provide the final thumbnail in YouTube-ready format • Provide the editable source file when possible, such as Photoshop (which is what I use), Canva, or another design file. The style I’m looking for: I don’t want anything too loud, fake, or clickbaity, but they still need to stand out on YouTube. The ideal thumbnail should make someone immediately understand who the interview is with and why they might want to watch it. Workload: This would likely be about one thumbnail per week.
