YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Poker Strategy Channel (Ongoing Weekly Work)

Typically 1-2 videos per week with 2-3 thumbnail variants each and 1-2 minor revision rounds. Each variant + revisions is a milestone paid at $100. Ongoing work and alternative structures including retainers available for the right candidate. so around 4+ thumbnails weekly. The primary video goes out on Wednesdays, with a secondary video some weeks. The primary video is the focus. The best candidates will be able to both a) provide a professional touch to existing thumbnail concepts and packaging, and b) come up with occasional alternative AB test versions based on the provided information. a) is critical, b) is nice-to-have, but key for ongoing work beyond this initial set of 4 or so videos. These are face-driven thumbnails featuring a recurring host, so strong face cutout, color grading, and expression selection skills matter. Deliverables: 1280x720 export plus the layered source file (PSD or Figma) so we can make text swaps on our end. Pricing structure: Price per thumbnail includes up to 2 revision rounds (text, color, and expression tweaks). New concepts count as a new thumbnail. Alternate AB versions count toward the weekly total. Top performers move to a weekly retainer covering thumbnails, variants, and revisions. The first milestone will be one small paid test thumbnail. .
