YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We are seeking a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our production pipeline. You will create high-performing, click-driven thumbnails for a faceless YouTube channel. The right candidate understands how to manufacture curiosity and tension visually. Your designs need to stop the scroll and drive exceptionally high CTR. We run a highly optimized workflow and need someone who can consistently deliver top-tier visual assets. Responsibilities Design custom thumbnails based on video titles and core narrative concepts. Source and manipulate relevant imagery from video footage we will provide you. Apply advanced color grading, dramatic lighting, and focal point highlighting to create mood. Provide 2 to 3 distinct variations per video for A/B testing. Iterate quickly based on analytics and performance feedback. Requirements Proven experience designing thumbnails for faceless YouTube channel. Deep understanding of YouTube CTR optimization, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
