YouTube Thumbnail & Packaging Specialist — Long-Term Opportunity

I'm looking for a YouTube Thumbnail & Packaging Specialist to work with me long-term. I run a growing YouTube channel covering movies, video games, travel, and pop culture. Because my content varies, I need someone who can understand the vision behind each video and turn it into a strong title + thumbnail package. What You'll Do - Develop the thumbnail concept and title together - Create the final thumbnail - Help identify the strongest angle/hook for each video - Make sure the title and thumbnail work together without simply repeating each other - Bring your own creative ideas and challenge my ideas when you see a better opportunity I want to start thinking about the title + thumbnail before the video is made, especially for larger IRL projects, so the packaging can help guide what we capture. I want someone who understands YouTube packaging, CTR, curiosity, storytelling, and what makes someone want to click.
