We run a YouTube production setup and are hiring a dedicated video editor for long-term, recurring weekly work. Our content is Hinglish (Hindi + English mixed), long-form, voiceover-driven storytelling. This is NOT a one-off project. We are building a consistent weekly pipeline. If you deliver quality and reliability, you get steady per-video work now and a monthly retainer once trust is established. What Makes This Job Easier Than Most Editing Gigs We do the heavy lifting. For every video, you will receive: ✅ The complete script ✅ AI-generated voiceover (fully finished, ready to use) ✅ ALL visuals already sourced by us (stock footage + AI-generated clips) ✅ A detailed blueprint mapping every visual to its exact dialogue/line You do NOT need to source footage. You do NOT need to guess what goes where. The blueprint tells you exactly which clip aligns with which line of voiceover. Your Responsibilities (Editing Only) Synchronize the provided clips with the voiceover, exactly as per the blueprint Add smooth transitions and cuts Add sound effects (SFX) and background music Add our logo/branding Deliver the final exported video + the complete Premiere Pro project file for every video That's it. Pure editing execution. No scripting, no research, no footage hunting. Who We're Looking For Pro-level Adobe Premiere Pro editor (mandatory — we work in Premiere Pro only, since you'll be handing over project files) Responsible and deadline-driven — you deliver when you say you will Adaptable to tone — our content requires matching the mood and pacing of each video precisely. You edit to serve the story, not to show off. Comfortable with Hinglish content (Hindi + English mixed) Follows instructions precisely — we have locked production standards, and we need someone who executes the brief exactly, not someone who improvises against it Good communication — responsive, asks questions when unclear instead of guessing Payment Structure Per-video payment to start After a consistent working relationship is established, we will move to a monthly retainer with guaranteed volume Rate: share your per-video rate (for a 10-15 mins video) in your proposal (for a long-form video[10-15mins], given that all assets are provided) How to Apply — READ CAREFULLY Applications that skip any of these steps will be rejected without response: Start your proposal with the word "BLUEPRINT" so we know you actually read this post Share one video you have edited ALONG WITH its Premiere Pro project file (.prproj).
