YouTube Video Editor Needed For Agency Role

I started the go-to YouTube agency for YouTubers with between 1,000 - 100,000 subscribers. The agency is full-service (minus actually filming): - Ideation - Strategy - Outlining & Scripting - Editing - Thumbnail - Scheduling - Title + Description - A/B Testing - Channel Maintenance - Brand Deal Management For this posting, I'm looking specifically for an editor. If you do more beyond editing, that's a plus, as long as editing is your thing. That said, since these creators don't have that much money, the team I have to start will have to be lean. Highly skilled & capable, but lean & scrappy. That is, until I have a proven system & the occasional non-small channel client. The YouTube client I'm looking to help are traditional creators. No faceless channels, no crazy stunts, no prank channels, no cinematic-first channels.
