YouTube Video Editor Needed — 15-Min Real Estate Content (Paid Trial for Ongoing Role)

I'm a Toronto-based real estate broker producing educational YouTube content for home buyers, and I'm looking for a skilled video editor for a paid trial project — with the strong potential for ongoing, recurring work if it's a good fit. About this project: This is a single ~15-minute long-form video. I'll provide raw footage, audio, and all visuals (charts, graphs, screen recordings) as final, ready-to-use assets — you won't need to design anything, just integrate them. What I need: Full edit of ~15 minutes of raw footage into a polished, publish-ready video Pop-up text callouts, lower thirds, and clean motion graphics/animations to keep it visually engaging (think YouTube educational/finance-style editing — not just cuts) Integration of provided visual assets (charts, graphs, screen recordings) at appropriate points One round of revisions included Final deliverable: single exported video file, ready to upload to YouTube (no project files needed) Timeline (firm): Raw footage + audio delivered: EOD Monday, July 27 All visual assets delivered: by midday Wednesday, July 29 Final edited video due: midday Friday, July 31 One revision round needs to fit inside this window, so please only apply if you're confident you can turn this around at this pace Budget: $250 USD flat rate for this project.
