YouTube Video Editor – Real Estate Long-Form Content (Female Presenter Focus)

Job Description: We're looking for a skilled video editor to work with a female real estate agent producing long-form YouTube content on a consistent weekly basis. This is an ongoing, recurring role — not a one-time project. If you do great work, you'll have steady work every week. What You'll Be Editing: Long-form YouTube videos (up to 30 minutes) Real estate content — neighbourhood tours, market updates, home buying/selling tips, cost of living breakdowns, local area guides Presenter-led talking head footage combined with B-roll, screen recordings, and graphics 2 videos per week, consistent schedule What We're Looking For: Strong portfolio of real estate YouTube edits — this is non-negotiable. Please include links. Experience editing female-led presenter content — understanding of pacing, tone, and on-screen presence for this format is a strong plus Clean, engaging editing style that keeps viewers watching — strong retention instincts Ability to add: lower thirds, text overlays, B-roll cuts, music, colour grading, jump cut cleanup Comfortable with YouTube-optimized exports (1080p minimum, 4K preferred) Reliable turnaround — 48–72 hours per video Clear communicator, responsive, and easy to work with Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Rate & Volume: $70–$80 USD per video (based on experience and quality) 2 videos per week = approximately $560–$640/month in steady work Long-term relationship for the right editor ****This is for one client project (Editor can accept as many clients as they can handle) To Apply — You MUST include: 2–3 links to real estate YouTube videos you've edited (no portfolio = no consideration) Your typical turnaround time per video The software you use Applications without portfolio links will not be reviewed.
