YouTube Video Editor — VoroMotors
Worldwide
About Us VoroMotors is one of the leading electric scooter and e-bike brands in the US. We've built a loyal community of riders who trust us for honest product reviews, real-world ride content, and no-BS tutorials. Our YouTube channel is a core part of how we grow that community — and we take it seriously. The Role We're looking for a self-directed video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into a finished, publish-ready video — without hand-holding. You'll own the edit from first cut to final export. That means you watch the footage, you figure out the story, you make it compelling, and you deliver. This is not a job where you wait to be told what to do. What You'll Do Receive raw footage (no script, no direction) and produce a complete, polished edit Handle everything: cut, color, audio mix, motion graphics, captions, thumbnail frame selection Match and evolve the VoroMotors channel style across product reviews, comparisons, tutorials, and riding lifestyle content Hit deadlines consistently — on time means on time, not "almost done" Flag genuine blockers early; never go silent Improve your own work based on performance data (we'll share views, retention, CTR) You're the Right Person If... You've edited for a YouTube channel with 50K+ subscribers and you can show us the work You watch YouTube in the tech, EV, or outdoor gear space and you understand what makes people click and finish a video You've edited product review content before — you know how to structure a comparison, build tension before a recommendation, and keep it moving You don't need a style guide to make something look intentional — you develop a feel for the brand from watching existing content You're the type who watches your own edits back critically before sending them You can manage your own schedule and don't need check-ins to stay on track Hard Requirements Portfolio with at least 3 published YouTube videos you edited (links, no exceptions) Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — tell us which and how long Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent) Reliable internet, your own machine, fast turnaround on communication Red Flags That Will End Your Application Portfolio with only short-form or social content (Reels, TikTok) — we need long-form experience Generic edits that look like every other YouTube channel Any mention of needing a detailed brief to get started References you can't actually provide How to Apply Send us: 3 YouTube video links you edited — long-form only One paragraph on how you approach a raw footage dump with no direction — what's your process? Your rate and availability Applications without all three will not be reviewed.
