YouTube Video Editor — Boxbollen / The Ecom School We're the founders of Boxbollen — $142M in revenue, 2M+ users, partnerships with MrBeast, Tom Brady, Will Smith, Conor McGregor, RFK Jr., and more. We're launching our personal brand on YouTube and need someone to own the editing entirely. This is not a bulk-content role. We shoot high-profile content — vlogs with Conor McGregor, sessions with RFK Jr., campaign shoots with celebrities — and the editing needs to match that level. What you'll be doing: Editing long-form YouTube videos (vlogs, brand stories, course promos) and cutting Shorts from the same footage. You'll manage the full post-production workflow — pacing, color, sound design, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails — and eventually own the channel's visual identity. What we're looking for: You have a strong portfolio of cinematic or high-production YouTube content. You understand storytelling through editing, not just cuts. You know how to build tension, land a moment, and keep a viewer locked in for 10+ minutes. You're comfortable with effects work — not basic stuff. Motion graphics, dynamic transitions, sound design — you know when to use them and when to hold back. You've worked with premium brands or creators before. You don't need to be told what looks good. You'll watch our raw footage and already know what the video should feel like. Requirements: 3+ years editing YouTube content professionally Portfolio showing long-form storytelling (not just reels or TikToks) Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve — After Effects a strong plus Experience with Shorts / vertical content Fast turnaround without cutting corners on quality Fluent in English — communication matters What this is: A long-term creative partnership, not a one-off job.
