I'm looking for a YouTube video editor to help grow a professional channel focused on financial education for business owners. I will provide a single raw video (recorded on my iPhone) along with examples of the editing and thumbnail style I'm looking for. Your job is to transform that footage into polished YouTube content. Typical raw footage will be under 10 minutes. Responsibilities include: * Editing long-form YouTube videos * Removing mistakes, filler words, and awkward pauses * Improving pacing while keeping the style natural and professional * Adding captions, light zooms, graphics, and B-roll where appropriate * Cleaning up audio, color, and framing * Creating 1-2 Shorts from each long-form video * Designing a compelling YouTube thumbnail * Delivering all content ready for publishing I'm looking for someone with strong YouTube editing experience who can work independently with minimal direction. Selected candidates will complete a paid trial edit using the same raw footage so I can compare quality and style.
