YouTube Video Editor for True Crime Channel

I’m looking for a highly skilled YouTube video editor for a long-form channel in the true crime / documentary space. This is not a basic editing role. I need someone who understands how to shape a story for YouTube retention, not just assemble footage. The right editor knows how to build tension, use source material intentionally, pace a narrative around voiceover, and make a video feel clean, deliberate, and emotionally grounded. The videos are voiceover-led and typically run in the long-form YouTube range. I already have a clear creative direction for the channel, so I’m looking for an editor who can execute within an established style while also bringing strong editorial judgment to the table.
