About the channel: I run a YouTube channel about AI, Claude Code, and cold email/lead generation. The content is practical and tutorial-heavy: me talking to the camera, plus a lot of screen-share where I build things live and walk through tools. What I need: I'm looking for an editor for one ~12–13 minute video to start — this is a paid test. It's a talking-head intro plus a heavy screen-share tutorial section. If it comes out well, I want to hire you long-term: roughly 3–4 videos every month, steady and predictable, not a one-off. I'm specifically looking for one editor to grow with, not a different person each time. What the edit needs to include: Punchy, fast pacing — tighten gaps, cut dead air and filler, keep momentum the whole way through Animated word-by-word captions (clean, readable, well-timed) Zoom-ins and highlights on the screen during the build — must stay sharp and readable on a phone Light motion graphics — on-screen lists, animated numbers, simple callouts My face in a corner (face-cam overlay) during the screen-share sections Subtle sound design + royalty-free music (no copyright strikes) Start on the hook — no intro logo or bumper The style I'm going for: Clean, fast, screen-share-heavy. No b-roll, no music, no stock, no graphics templates. You source and create everything else — b-roll, royalty-free music, motion graphics, captions, sound design, the face-cam overlay — and assemble it all into a finished, upload-ready ~12–13 min video. This is a full edit-and-build job, not a trim-and-cut job, so please price it that way. The quality bar (important): The finished video needs to look very close to the reference videos above — the same level of polish, pacing, and motion graphics. I'm hiring for a finished, ready-to-publish product that matches that standard, not a rough cut I have to fix. If you can't hit that bar, this isn't the right fit. Review & revisions: We run revisions through Frame.io — I leave timestamped notes on the cut, you action them. I can walk you through Frame.io if you haven't used it; it's easy. Tools Use whatever you do your best work in (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, After Effects for graphics — your call). I care about the result, not the software.
