YouTube Video Producer & Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Producer & Channel Manager to oversee the complete production and growth of our YouTube channel. This role combines content strategy, production management, publishing, optimization, and performance tracking to ensure consistent channel growth and high-quality content delivery. Responsibilities Develop and manage the YouTube content calendar. Plan, coordinate, and oversee video production from concept to publication. Manage editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, and other team members. Upload, schedule, and optimize videos for maximum reach. Create compelling titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists. Monitor channel analytics and identify growth opportunities. Conduct competitor and market research. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business goals. Manage YouTube Shorts and community engagement. Implement strategies to increase views, watch time, subscribers, and audience retention. Requirements Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and platform best practices. Experience coordinating video production workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with content strategy and audience development. Knowledge of video editing and thumbnail design principles. Experience managing remote creative teams. Portfolio of YouTube channels you have managed.
