YouTube Video Script Writer

I'm building a personal brand focused on customer service, customer care and customer experiences. I need a reliable script writer who can transform raw ideas into a full and complete finalized YouTube video script that I can use for production. The topic that I will be covering is: Real life examples of customer experiences that companies created for a customer (or multiple customers), both good and bad experiences, and we will break them down to understand what the company might was aiming for, why did they do it (our guess if we can't know), based on what studies/evidence/narrative did they do what the did, and how did this affect the customer experience and brand/consumer relationship. The usual video length will be 12-15 minutes. It needs to be a combination of educational and entertainment. What I'll Provide: - The topic of the Video - Research around the topic and overview of talking points What I Need From You: 1) I will need the full script that I will need to follow when filming the video. 2) The Script will need to be optimized for viewer retention and ensure the hook lands, and is optimized so that the viewers stay until the end. 3) The script will need to be written in such a way that will allow post production for clips and parts of it to be taken and used as mini clips in YouTube shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn.
