YouTube channel strategist & manager - long-term

I'm a business coach. I work with small business owners on scaling operations and building better teams. My clients come entirely through referrals right now, which is great, but I want a second acquisition channel that works while I sleep. I started a YouTube channel about 8 months ago. I have 31 videos published. I'm getting somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 views a month but zero of those views are turning into booked calls. I don't know if the problem is the thumbnails, the topics, the CTAs at the end of the videos, or something else entirely. Probably all of it. I'm not looking for someone to manage my posting schedule. I'm looking for someone who can look at what I have, tell me exactly what's broken, and then run the strategy going forward on an ongoing basis.
