YouTube editor for ongoing talking-head & reaction videos (green screen)

Hey! I make short YouTube videos - talking-head tutorials and reaction-style stuff, filmed in front of a green screen with screen recordings cut in. I'm looking for an editor I can work with long-term, on an ongoing basis - one video at a time, regularly, not a one-off. What matters most to me is taste. I want someone who actually gets YouTube - knows how to keep a video moving, cut for retention, and make the captions, b-roll and pacing feel right. Clean green-screen keying matters too, but the eye for what makes a video good matters more. How it'd work: I send you the raw footage (green-screen talking head + screen recordings), you send back a finished edit - keyed, cut, captioned, ready to post. 16:9, usually a few minutes long. The first one's a paid trial, and if it clicks this becomes a regular, ongoing thing. One thing: I'm hiring internationally for this - editors based in Asia, Africa, Latin America, etc. (not the US/UK/Canada/Western Europe).
