YouTube Growth Manager & AI Video Editor (Long-Term) We are looking for one exceptional person—not an agency. This is not just a video editing job. You will own our YouTube channel from idea to published video and help grow it into one of the leading educational channels in the mental health and Spravato space. Our current YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/@marpaminds?si=gRloAxmnpHkCFl5g The channel currently has approximately 1,200 subscribers and has not been consistently active for the past six months. We believe it has significant untapped potential and are looking for someone to take ownership of its growth. This is a long-term position (20–40 hours per week). Your Responsibilities You will own the entire YouTube process, including: * Researching high-performing video ideas. * Understanding our audience and competitors. * Planning a content calendar. * Writing outlines and scripts (using AI where appropriate). * Editing engaging long-form YouTube videos. * Creating YouTube Shorts from long-form content. * Designing high-click thumbnails. * Writing titles, descriptions, chapters, and tags. * Uploading and scheduling videos. * Monitoring YouTube Analytics. * Improving click-through rate (CTR), audience retention, and watch time. * Replying to comments and helping build the community. * Recommending what we should publish next based on performance. * Continuously growing the channel. You should think like a YouTube Growth Manager, not just a video editor. Required Experience You must have experience growing YouTube channels. If you cannot show real examples and measurable results, this position is probably not the right fit. AI Skills You should be comfortable using AI tools to improve both quality and speed. Examples include: * Adobe Premiere Pro * DaVinci Resolve * CapCut * ChatGPT * Claude * Descript * Runway * ElevenLabs or similar AI-powered tools. Paid Test Assignment ($20) Create a 60–90 second YouTube video on the topic: “How Spravato Works: What Happens During Your First Treatment?” Audience: Someone with depression who has already tried multiple antidepressants and is considering Spravato. Your objective is simple: Create a video that keeps viewers watching from beginning to end. Please submit: * A finished edited video. * One YouTube thumbnail. * Three YouTube titles. * A short video (2–3 minutes) explaining your editing decisions, how you optimized for retention, and which AI tools you used. * Three additional video ideas you believe would perform well on our channel. Compensation * $10–15 per hour, depending on experience. * Long-term position (20–40 hours per week). * Performance bonuses available for exceptional results and channel growth.
