YouTube thumbnail Designer

I am looking for a YouTube thumbnail designer who can create high-CTR thumbnails similar to the style used by the YouTube channel BLITZ (@BlitzHQ). My goal is not just to create a good-looking thumbnail. I want thumbnails that make viewers stop scrolling, become curious, and click on the video.
