YouTube video editor ( long form)

I'm looking for a creative YouTube editor to help grow a channel focused on real estate, home transformations, renovation decisions, and homeowner education. I'm not looking for an agency. I'd rather work with a talented, hungry editor who enjoys storytelling and wants to grow with the channel. Videos are typically 10–15 minutes and follow a similar format: • Talking-head footage • Before & after photos • Graphics, captions, and callouts • Simple animations and YouTube-style pacing This is an hourly position. Once the format is established, I'm looking for someone who can edit efficiently without reinventing the wheel each time.
