Youtube Copywriter - Long Term - 4/5 Script Weekly

Hello, I am looking for a skilled scriptwriter I can collaborate with long-term. I need a scriptwriter for my current channels. I will need 3-4 scripts a week, each around 1,600 words (roughly an 8-minute video). Currently, I am experiencing the following issues: -Because of the reference texts, all the videos on the channel have the exact same structure and architecture, even though the topics are different. -Due to these reference texts, certain phrases and word groups (like "for centuries," etc.) repeat in every single script. I want to solve this problem and craft each script with the most appropriate structure to achieve the best viewer retention.
