Style References You must study and understand: Silicon Money Snap Shift We want premium, modern, documentary-style thumbnails that feel: High value Cinematic Minimal clutter Strong focal point Large readable text (when required) Emotional or curiosity-driven visuals Requirements ✅ Previous experience designing YouTube thumbnails. ✅ Experience with faceless documentary channels. ✅ Strong understanding of CTR and YouTube packaging. ✅ Ability to create thumbnails for topics related to: Artificial Intelligence Technology Business China Geopolitics Billionaires Startups ✅ Ability to deliver thumbnails quickly. ✅ Experience with Photoshop, Photopea, Canva, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, or other AI tools. ✅ Ability to create multiple concepts for A/B testing. Responsibilities Design YouTube thumbnails for long-form videos. Deliver 2–3 thumbnail concepts per video. Suggest visual ideas and packaging improvements. Analyze competitors before designing.
