Youtube Faceless Thumbnail Designer

I am building multiple YouTube channels across AI, technology, geopolitics, and documentary-style finance content. I am looking for a high-level thumbnail designer who understands CTR psychology, not just design. This is not a basic design role. You will be responsible for creating thumbnails that drive clicks and compete at the highest level. What I’m Looking For: Proven experience creating high CTR YouTube thumbnails Strong understanding of visual storytelling and curiosity gaps Ability to adapt across styles: Clean and minimal (ColdFusion-style) High contrast and bold (geopolitics/finance) Modern AI/tech visuals Ability to think beyond instructions and suggest better ideas Should not depend on me for design direction — I expect you to lead creatively Your Role: Create 5–8 thumbnails per week Turnaround time: within 24 hours Work from title/script and develop strong visual concepts Continuously improve thumbnails based on performance trends Bring ideas, not just execution What to Send: When applying, send: Your best 3–5 thumbnails (relevant to YouTube content like tech, finance, geopolitics, etc.) Brief explanation of: Why they perform well What the hook is Your current or recent work Applications without this will not be considered.
