Youtube Growth Strategist + Long Form Content Funnel

I'm looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Strategist / Long-Form Video Creator & Editor to help me build and scale a brand-new YouTube channel from the ground up. I own a digital marketing agency, and the primary goal of this channel will be to use high-quality long-form YouTube content to: 1. Generate qualified inbound leads for my agency 2. Build my personal brand and authority in digital marketing 3. Grow a targeted audience of business owners, marketers, and agency owners 4. Eventually create an audience that can be monetized through a digital marketing course and other products I'm not simply looking for a video editor. I want someone who understands the entire YouTube growth process: identifying topics with potential, planning videos, packaging them correctly, maximizing retention, editing at a high level, analyzing performance, and continuously improving the strategy based on data. Ideally, you have previously helped build or scale YouTube channels where the objective was lead generation, personal branding, education, consulting, courses, agencies, or another high-ticket business. Scope of Work You will be responsible for helping with the full YouTube content process, including: Weekly content strategy and planning Topic research and ideation Competitor and market research Research-backed video topics Customized content ideas tailored to my business and target audience Video packaging strategy High-converting title recommendations Thumbnail strategy and creative direction Hook optimization Content planning and recording guidance High-retention long-form video editing Sound design and pacing optimization Motion graphics and visual enhancements where appropriate YouTube upload management SEO optimization including titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata Publishing and scheduling support Monthly channel performance reviews Optimization recommendations Continuous strategy refinement based on channel performance and audience data The goal is to develop a repeatable content system rather than randomly uploading videos and hoping something performs. Video Editing The editing style needs to be professional and built specifically for long-form YouTube retention. I want someone who understands how to keep viewers engaged without making every video feel over-edited or filled with unnecessary effects. You should understand pacing, storytelling, pattern interrupts, B-roll, graphics, sound design, visual examples, cuts, and other retention techniques while still allowing the content itself to be the focus. What I'm Looking For Experience growing YouTube channels is extremely important. When applying, please include specific examples of channels or clients where you personally contributed to the strategy and execution. For each relevant example, please explain: What the channel/business was What you were personally responsible for Where the channel was when you started How you approached the content strategy How much the channel grew while you were involved Views, subscribers, watch time, leads, or other meaningful performance metrics If available, how much revenue or business the YouTube content helped generate for the client How long you worked on the channel Most importantly, please provide links to actual YouTube videos that you personally helped research, plan, package, and/or edit. For each video you share, clearly explain exactly what you did. For example: "Researched topic, developed title/hook, provided thumbnail direction, edited full video, and analyzed performance after publishing."
