Youtube Scriptwriter - Police Bodycam Content

I’m looking for a reliable, experienced scriptwriter to join my YouTube team and create engaging scripts for high-stakes police encounter content. The channel focuses on intense police incidents that ultimately lead to an arrest, including: • Escalating traffic stops • Intense police confrontations • Domestic disturbance calls • Suspicious-person calls • Standoffs and public incidents Scripts should be approximately 15–20 minutes long and focus on strong storytelling, pacing, tension, and viewer retention. The style should be engaging, clear, and professional, inspired by the storytelling approach of Code Blue Cam. What I’m looking for: - Experience writing YouTube scripts and storytelling - A strong understanding of pacing, tension, and audience retention - Experience with true crime, bodycam, or police content is a major plus - Availability to write 1–2 scripts per week - Reliable and able to deliver scripts on time - Able to work with organized folders containing all relevant footage and materials I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration and becoming a consistent part of the team.
