I'm looking for a YouTube strategist who understands how to find viral outliers and understands trends and what to look for in organic social media. I am not looking for somebody who runs paid ads or does thumbnails. I'm looking for a strategist and a creative brain to help do research for YouTube video concepts for my clients. I run a video agency, and I work with many content creators and business owners, and we are beginning to scale this offer. If you can demonstrate an understanding of viral outlier research and YouTube trends for talking head channels, I will give you a very serious shot at this long-term job.
