Youtube Thumbnail Designer

We're looking for a thumbnail designer who can produce high-quality, natural-looking thumbnails on a consistent basis. What we're after: Clean, authentic thumbnails that feel real. Think strong subject, clear focal point, and restrained editing If the thumbnail looks like a photo someone took, we're on the right track. If it looks like a Photoshop exercise, we're not. Responsibilities: - Design thumbnails for YouTube long-form - Maintain consistency across a channel while keeping each thumbnail distinct - Hit turnaround deadlines reliably Requirements: - Portfolio of thumbnails you personally designed - Strong photo editing and typography skills; comfortable with masking, color grading, and lighting cleanup - Available during US business hours for feedback cycles Send: (1) your portfolio, (2) 2–3 examples of your work that match the style in the reference folder, and (3) your rate per thumbnail and typical turnaround time.
