Youtube Title/Thumbnail Idea (Non Design) Ideator

I'm looking for a creative, marketing-minded person to help ideate YouTube video titles and thumbnail concepts (not the design — just the idea and angle behind it). Probably a good fit for people who are into social media, youtube specifically, marketers who are curious on what drives clicks, growth strategists. What you'll be doing: - Brainstorming and pitching YouTube video titles and thumbnail concepts - Studying reference titles, thumbnails, and channels I provide - Running A/B tests across multiple title and thumbnail variations - Occasionally testing and giving feedback on AI marketing tools You're a good fit if you: - Think like a marketer — you notice what gets clicks and why - Watch a lot of YouTube and are naturally curious about what performs - Are responsive and communicative — timely replies matter here - Willing to put in the work and grow long-term What you get: - Long-term opportunity with room to grow - Mentorship from someone with a channel with over 100K subscribers Familiarity with AI marketing tools is a bonus, not necessary though.
