 We are looking for a talented YouTube Video Editor to join our team long-term! JOB DETAILS: * Niche: Natural Disasters * Amount of videos: Around 2–3 videos per week

 * Length of videos: 15-25 minutes each

 * Turnaround Time: 48-72 hours per video

 * Duration of job: We are looking for a long-term relationship (1+ year) with an editor who has both passion and experience in Faceless YouTube videos

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 Hey there! Thanks for considering our job post. We are searching for an experienced video editor who has worked with YouTube channels (preferably faceless channels). We are expanding our team and looking to add multiple editors as our channels continue to grow. There are two key elements we look for in this role: 1. Following the editing style we provide

 2. Having a base level of knowledge in the content niche (to make editing and accuracy easier) Key Editing Requirements: * Clip Accuracy: Match clips exactly to what is said in the script. If the script references a specific time, place, or event, the visuals must align directly to the script.

 * Editing Style: Keep it simple — no need for flashy effects. Focus on clean edits that enhance the storytelling.

 * Background Music: Add music that matches the tone of the script and elevates the story without overpowering the narration.

 * Text & Graphics: Use consistent fonts, colors, and formatting. Apply basic abbreviations, terms, and on-screen text relevant to the niche.

 * Enhancements: Add subtle sound effects, transitions, and pacing shifts when needed to keep retention high.

 * Previous experience working with YouTube channels (faceless preferred)

 * Creativity to bring the script and voiceover to life with visuals, pacing, and music

 * Ability to source high-quality, relevant footage or images when needed

 * Native English or bilingual proficiency

 * Reliability with deadlines (48-72 hour turnaround)

 What You’ll Do: * Receive weekly scripts and voiceovers from our team

 * Edit videos (15-25 minutes) following our specific style and quality expectations

 * Match clips, music, and text directly to the script’s flow

 * Deliver completed videos ready for upload, with revisions if needed

 Next Steps: * Upon applying, you will be provided a sample script and voiceover to create a test video.
