We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Video Editor and Voice-Over Specialist to join our team for a long-term collaboration. If you have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, experience working with AI voice generation tools, and a commitment to meeting deadlines, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for taking an approved script and transforming it into a highly engaging, polished YouTube video using Whiteboard and 2D animation styles. You will handle the project from raw text to the final deliverable. Key Responsibilities: Voice-Over Generation: Use ElevenLabs to generate high-quality, natural-sounding voice-overs from our provided scripts (pacing, emphasis, and breath pauses must feel realistic). Video Editing & Animation: Create engaging, clean Whiteboard / 2D animation videos that visually represent the script’s concepts. Pacing & B-Roll: Sync the voice-over seamlessly with the animations, adding relevant on-screen text, subtle sound effects (SFX), and engaging background music to maximize viewer retention. Revisions & Feedback: Review drafts with the team and implement feedback constructively and efficiently to match our channel's exact style guide. On-Time Delivery: Strictly adhere to production schedules and delivery deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a YouTube video editor (please provide a portfolio or links to previous work, specifically showcasing Whiteboard or 2D animation styles). Proficiency with ElevenLabs or similar advanced AI voice generation platforms. Expertise in animation and editing software (VideoScribe, Doodly, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you must be open to receiving feedback and making necessary revisions to polish the final product. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
