Youtube gaming editor needed for either Story drive or polished VOD gameplay

I'm looking for a video editor to work with long term as I start taking my Twitch and YouTube channels more seriously. Most of the content will come from my streams. Depending on the game and the content, some videos will be story driven, while others may be more of a polished VOD edit. I'll be coming into every discussion with a direction or a vision for the video, but I'm looking for someone who isn't afraid to share ideas, make suggestions, and use their creativity if they think it will make the final product better. Creative freedom is important to me. If you have an idea that you think will improve a video, I want to hear it. I value collaboration, and I'm looking for an editor whose expertise I can trust. Experience with gaming content is a big plus. Im currently playing Old School RuneScape, but i dont want to be tied to one game. My gameplay is very challenge/objective focus. Not looking for someone with experience in the games im playing, just someone who understands what keeps viewers engaged and knows how to turn stream footage into entertaining videos.
