Youtube suscribe/ view growth

i created a youtube channel to luz some videos of my adventures and travel and wildlife photographer and blogs i was surprised to see that since December 2025 one video posted three weeks ago has 80k views. i’m looking to unlock the needs for youtube partner can anyone help with getting my channel https://youtube.com/@skylovesadventures?si=zlOQIuNaG75FqUTs to be seen and liked to get accepted by youtube partner program? ideally i’d get to 500-1000 subs or half a million views if anyone wants to see the video that has jumped to 80k views and given me 70 subs it is : https://youtu.be/99CMtiBdoZo?si=g9VAosfnXY05X6fF the most easy way i suppose would be if you have a forum like reddit where many people can see and subscribe the goal is to have enough people following thet momentum continues and then i can work with more wildlife veterinarians and scientists thanks!
