Content covers ship walkthroughs, booking strategy, deal breakdowns, and agent-POV insights that most cruise YouTubers can't offer. We're looking for a long-term editing partner to help scale a consistent publishing schedule. What You'll Be Doing Editing raw footage (talking head, screen recordings, B-roll, stock cruise footage) into polished, retention-optimized videos Working from transcript-based rough cuts (Premiere Pro) to tighten pacing and cut dead air Adding lower thirds, captions/subtitles, on-screen text call-outs for stats/prices/itineraries Light color correction and audio cleanup (noise reduction, leveling) Sourcing or integrating stock/b-roll cruise footage where needed Delivering YouTube-ready exports plus a Shorts-friendly vertical cut when applicable Requirements Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (project files will be shared as .prproj) Strong sense of pacing for faveless + informational content — know when to cut, when to hold Experience with captions/subtitles and basic motion graphics (lower thirds, text call-outs) Reliable turnaround (48–72 hour standard, faster for time-sensitive deal content) Portfolio of similar travel, informational, or faceless YouTube content Nice to Have Familiarity with cruise/travel content or willingness to learn the niche fast After Effects skills for more dynamic graphics (cascade maps, stat reveals, etc.) Experience editing for a consistent weekly publishing cadence How to Apply Send: 2–3 links to previous editing work (ideally faceless or travel/informational content) Your typical turnaround time and current availability Your rate per video (flat rate preferred over hourly) We're building toward a consistent long-term relationship, not a one-off gig — priority given to editors who want ongoing work.
