The job: Build a comprehensive contact list of YouTube creators in the men's self-improvement space, with verified emails and correctly matched Instagram handles, delivered as a spreadsheet. Scope: I want a comprehensive list of all results that covers channels across the topics below. Do not cap the list, I need all relevant contacts. Please scope and price accordingly, or we can run it in milestones (an approved first batch, then continue). The quality bar below must hold: if you include irrelevant channels or illegitimate emails, it is a failed job. I will run all emails through my own testing tool. Who to find YouTube creators covering any of these topics - for a **male audience**: - Quitting porn / NoFap / porn addiction recovery - Semen retention - Dopamine detox / breaking bad habits - Self-discipline, self-mastery, self-improvement for men - Productivity, focus, deep work, "monk mode" for men - Men's mental health, anxiety, social confidence - Men's mindset / motivation / "becoming your best self" - Quitting other compulsions: sobriety/drinking, vaping or nicotine, weed, gaming, sugar/fast food, gambling Audience: predominantly male, English-speaking, ideally US-weighted. Exclude channels with mostly female or primary audiences in third world countries. Channel Size: 5,000 to 120,000 subscribers. Must be an actively posting channel with real engagement - active comment sections and healthy like-to-view ratios. Creator type: the channel must have a genuine relationship with its audience. Faceless channels are fine but they must have an engaged audience. Do NOT include pure repost / clip / compilation channels that just restitch other people's content with no persona of their own, or low-quality ragebait channels. Activity: the channel must be currently active. Skip dead or abandoned channels. What information to collect (one row per creator) - Channel name - YouTube channel URL (full link) - Subscribers (approx number) - Topic - which one of the niche areas above the channel primarily covers (e.g. NoFap, quit vaping, productivity, men's mental health). One label per channel. - Email - a real, verified, deliverable contact/business email (see quality note below) - Instagram handle - their actual IG account, correctly matched to the creator. Leave blank if they genuinely don't have one; do not guess. - Sells own product? - light note only: Y / N / blank. If it's obvious they sell their own course, coaching, or program, mark Y. If it's not obvious, leave it blank. Don't overthink this column. Quality requirements (this is what matters most) 1. **Emails must be real and verified.** No guessed addresses. Only include emails you have actually found and confirmed are deliverable. I will re-verify on my end, and a list full of bounces is a failed job. 2. **Instagram handles must be correctly matched** to the right creator. A wrong-account handle is worse than a blank one. 3. **Relevance over quantity.** Every row must clearly fit one of the topic areas and the audience/engagement criteria. Do not pad the list with loosely-related or off-target channels just to inflate the count. I will have many future jobs if this is done well. 4. **No duplicates.** I will scan it with Claude.
