Zoho Projects Expert & Tutor Needed (Project Planning & Dashboards) Job Overview I am looking for an experienced Zoho Projects expert who can teach and coach me on how to effectively use Zoho Projects for enterprise project management. This is not an implementation project—I am looking for someone who can provide hands-on training, explain best practices, and help me become proficient in using the platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex projects in Zoho and can demonstrate real-world project management techniques. What I Want to Learn Setting up projects from scratch Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Building project schedules and timelines Managing dependencies and critical paths Resource planning and workload management Milestones and deliverables Risk and issue management Portfolio management Project governance within Zoho Creating executive dashboards and reports Gantt charts and project tracking Budget and cost tracking (if applicable) Workflow automation Custom fields, layouts, and templates Best practices for managing multiple projects Reporting for leadership and steering committees Integrating Zoho Projects with other Zoho applications What I'm Looking For Advanced knowledge of Zoho Projects Experience managing large or enterprise projects Strong understanding of project management principles (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid) Excellent communication and teaching skills Ability to explain concepts clearly through live screen-sharing sessions Fluent English
