Summary

Job Title: ZOOM Solutions Architect (Enterprise Integration & Optimization) Overview Call Center Power is seeking an experienced Zoom Solutions Architect to support the design, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise Zoom environment. This engagement will focus on Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Meetings/Webinars, and integrations with Genesys, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise with Zoom’s enterprise suite and can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement enterprise-grade Zoom configurations across: - Zoom Phone (call routing, IVR, auto-attendants, call queues, site configuration) - Zoom Contact Center (flows, routing, analytics, user profiles, reporting) - Zoom Meetings & Webinars (settings, governance, and user provisioning) - Integrate Zoom with third-party platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Salesforce, etc.). - Review and optimize call flow design, SIP trunking, and call routing for scalability and resiliency. - Establish best-practice security, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise Zoom usage. - Document architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational hand-off materials. - Provide technical consultation to internal project managers and business stakeholders. - Assist with proof-of-concept builds or demos as needed. Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience with Zoom enterprise platforms, including Zoom Phone and/or Zoom Contact Center. - Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise collaboration or UCaaS solutions. - Deep understanding of call routing, IVR design, SIP trunking, user provisioning, and analytics setup. - Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or Okta/Azure AD integrations. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Experience in healthcare, contact center, or large multi-tenant environments is a plus.
