Zapier + Close CRM Automation Expert

We're a consulting business setting up CRM automation for ourselves and for our clients. We use Close as our CRM and Zapier as the connective layer. We need someone who can build and maintain these connections properly so we don't have to. What you'd be doing: - Connecting Meta/Facebook Lead Ads into Close so new leads land in the CRM automatically, with clean field mapping - Connecting ClickUp and Close so tasks and deal activity stay in sync - Building Close connections with ActiveCampaign and similar email/marketing tools - General Zapier build-outs across our stack, including webhooks and multi-step Zaps - Setting things up so they're documented and don't silently break What we're looking for: - Real hands-on experience with Zapier, not just familiarity - Direct experience with Close specifically (not just "any CRM") - Comfortable with field mapping, deduplication, and lead routing logic - Able to work independently once given the goal, and tell us when something can't be done the way we asked - Responsive and available to start in the next few days This starts as a defined setup project but there is ongoing work for the right person, both for our own systems and for our clients' systems.
