Zoho Books/Inventory (CRM, Deluge, API) developer for Long-Term Cooperation - Beverage Wholesaler

ABOUT US: SpiritsUp GmbH is a Vienna-based beverage wholesaler. We supply restaurants, hotels, retailers and private customers across Austria with a wide range of premium wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks - including our own delivery service. Our commercial operations run on Zoho: Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory cover our sales, purchasing, invoicing and product data. We want to get much more out of Zoho - automate our day-to-day processes, eliminate manual work and keep improving the system as we grow. That is where you come in. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This is NOT a one-off gig. We are looking for an experienced Zoho expert for a long-term, task-based cooperation. Here is how it works: we send you clearly described tasks - mostly automations of our existing processes in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory - you estimate the effort, we agree on a deadline, and you deliver. Over time you will know our setup inside out and become our go-to Zoho expert. YOUR TASKS - Automate our current business processes in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory - Build workflows, automations and custom functions (Deluge) - Use Zoho APIs and webhooks where standard features are not enough - Investigate and fix issues quickly when something breaks - Proactively suggest improvements - tell us what else we could automate REQUIREMENTS - Proven hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory (administration AND development) - Strong Deluge scripting skills - Solid experience with Zoho APIs, webhooks and workflow automation - Clear, proactive communication in English, Russian or Ukrainian - our team works in all three languages NON-NEGOTIABLE: RELIABILITY WITH DEADLINES We agree on realistic timelines together = and once agreed, they are met. If a deadline is ever at risk, we expect to hear about it early, not after the date has passed. For us, this is the absolute minimum of professional cooperation.
