Zoho Books + Zoho Payroll Setup for 2 New U.S. C Corps

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll setup specialist to help set up accounting and payroll for two newly formed U.S. C corporations. This is a fixed-price project: $500 total. We want someone who can do a clean initial setup with some handholding, not just simple data entry. Scope of work Set up Zoho Books for 2 separate U.S. C corporations Configure a simple startup-friendly chart of accounts Set up owner capital / founder funding entries correctly Set up Zoho Payroll for 1 company initially Configure payroll basics for 1 employee Import or demonstrate sample Chase and Fidelity statements Set up basic reconciliation workflow Provide a short walkthrough and answer setup questions Important notes We currently plan to use Zoho Books Free, unless you strongly recommend Standard for a specific reason Banking will involve Chase and Fidelity These are 2 separate legal entities, so books must be kept separate We want a setup that is simple, clean, and appropriate for a startup Required experience Strong experience with Zoho Books Experience with Zoho Payroll Experience setting up books for U.S. corporations Experience with bank statement imports and reconciliation Ability to explain setup decisions clearly Preferred Startup bookkeeping experience Experience with owner contributions / initial capitalization Experience with Chase and Fidelity imports Experience working with U.S.-based founders Deliverables By the end of the project, we expect: Zoho Books set up for both corporations Zoho Payroll set up for one corporation Chart of accounts configured Sample Chase and Fidelity imports demonstrated or completed Basic reconciliation workflow shown Short walkthrough / Q&A session Budget Fixed price: $500 Please apply only if you can complete the full scope within this budget.
