Summary

Zoho CRM Admin — Configuration & Data-Integrity Fixes (Fixed-Price) I need an experienced Zoho CRM administrator to execute a defined configuration spec on a live, in-use CRM (Leads → Deals pipeline, Calls module). This is admin/configuration work, not custom development — though Deluge/workflow experience is a plus. You'll work from a written spec I provide; you do not need access to quote. Scope of work: Fix Lead → Deal conversion field mapping — several fields (notably Lead Source, Lead Status) aren't mapped to carry across on conversion, so attribution is lost when a Lead becomes a Deal. Set the correct conversion mappings. Picklist cleanup — including cases where the displayed label and stored value don't match (renamed options still storing old values), which silently corrupts reporting. Requires careful Replace + rollback. Consolidate scattered attribution fields — roll fragmented source fields (UTM Source/Medium, Platform, Campaign — currently in separate text fields) into a single clean, reportable Lead Source value. Workflow & assignment rules — review/repair existing rules (a lead-assignment rule and two call-result rules), including re-pointing rules that key off picklist values being cleaned. Custom fields & field permissions — add a small number of custom fields and confirm field-level permissions for a sales profile. Non-negotiables: This is a live CRM with real sales data. You must export/back up before any destructive change and provide a rollback path. You verify each change (e.g. convert a test lead and confirm the field carried) rather than assuming it worked. You work in stages against scoped, least-privilege access — I grant the minimum access needed, in stages. Full super-admin will not be granted up front. To be considered, please answer in your proposal: 1. In Zoho CRM, how do you make a field carry from a Lead to a Deal on conversion? (One or two sentences.) 2. Your experience with picklist value-vs-label mismatches and how you'd fix them safely on live data. 3. Are you comfortable working in stages with scoped/least-privilege access, granted progressively?
