Zoho CRM & Campaigns System Fix (URGENT – DBBA Academy) We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM / Zoho Campaigns specialist to audit, fix, and optimise our current system. This is NOT a beginner setup. The system is already built but not functioning correctly end-to-end. --- ### Current Situation * Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns are connected * All data has been stored in Contacts instead of separating Leads and Members properly * Campaign segments exist but are not usable or clearly populated * Campaigns are not sending to the correct audiences * We cannot clearly identify key segments such as: * Adult Non-Joiners * Junior Non-Joiners * Trial Attended but Not Converted The data exists, but the structure is not usable. --- ### Objective Fix the system so that: 1. CRM is correctly structured: * Leads = Prospects * Contacts = Active Members only 2. Lifecycle stages are clearly defined and usable 3. Programme segmentation works (Adult / Junior / Dragon) 4. Campaigns sync correctly with CRM 5. We can clearly filter and target: * Non-Joiners * Trial Attendees * Active Members 6. Campaigns can be sent to correct segments without manual workarounds --- ### Required Outcome (NON-NEGOTIABLE) By the end of this project, we must be able to: * Pull a clean segment like: “Adult + Not Joined” * Sync it to Campaigns * Send a campaign to that segment successfully --- ### Scope of Work * Audit current CRM + Campaigns setup * Recommend correct structure * Execute restructuring (bulk-safe, no data loss) * Fix segmentation logic * Fix CRM → Campaign sync * Test live campaign flow --- ### Requirements * Strong experience with Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns * Must understand lifecycle management and segmentation * Must be able to work with an existing (messy) system * Must provide clear explanations (no guesswork) --- ### Important This is not a “build from scratch” job. This is: 👉 Fixing and restructuring an existing system properly We want someone who can: * Identify issues quickly * Take ownership * Deliver a working system --- ### To Apply Please answer: 1.
