We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Consultant to implement and customize Zoho CRM for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should be able to: Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules for properties, buyers, sellers, agents, and transactions. Set up workflows, blueprints, automation, validation rules, and lead management processes. Implement automated lead assignment, follow-up sequences, email notifications, and task management. Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns, email platforms, and other third-party applications. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales performance and team productivity. Assist with data migration, user training, testing, and ongoing optimization. Please include examples of similar Zoho CRM projects you have completed, especially within the real estate industry.
